Incredible and clean hotel, lovely staff. Classic room with 2 double beds and good view. With an electric kettle and refrigerators. Amazing and particularly good location, minutes away from Dubai Moving Image Museum.

Overall it was a great stay for further 10 nights. The location was magnificent and best possible, for example, Snow Penguins at Ski Dubai was not too far from the hotel. The property itself was in a nice area, right by all shops, restaurants and workplace, a taxi.

A Disappointing Start to Our Stay
The reception staff were unhelpful in resolving our challenges. Despite the chaos, the room was clean. Future guests should double-check bookings and manage expectations about staff assistance.

The complimentary shuttle to popular sites was excellent, enhancing our time in Dubai. However, the limited shuttle service to the Dubai Mall was a downside during peak tourist times.
